Orders Questions
What is your minimum order quantity?
Our general MOQ for the pouch is 6000 sq.m. The MOQ is set for the benefit of our customers to help save on costs. Please contact us for smaller orders if necessary.
How long for production time?
The production time depends on order quantity and pouch types. For example, for rewind film, 3 weeks for the new order and 2 weeks for the old order. For the spout pouch, 5 weeks for new orders and 4 weeks for old orders. For the normal type of pouch, 4 weeks for the new orders and 3 weeks for the old orders. Please get in touch with us if you have any doubts about production time.
Do you accept trail run order?
Before mass production, we will send the samples to check and prove then produce. The trail run order is absolutely accepted.
How To Place An Order?
- Send your detailed requirements for the pouch and what is going to pack.
- Prove the sample pouch and PI.
- Start the production.
- Shipping.
Can I change the quantity of my order?
Yes, we accept to change the quantity of the order before your final proof.

What will impact price?

What is your price terms?
EXW, CRF, FOB, CIF, DAP, DDP, most of the terms are accepted. Please get in touch with us if you need any help in price terms.

What is kind of shipping way you have?
Ship by sea, air, express, and truck are both accepted.
Can we ship our order to different destination?
Yes sure, an order shipped to some different destinations is available, please declare before quotation or shipment.
Can we ship our order seperately?
Ship one order separately is accepted, please declare before shipment.
Will I be informed if the order shipped?
Absolutely you will receive our information as soon as we ship the order.

What is your payment method?
